A before and after journey of preserving and framing bridal bouquets

Daisys preserved bridal bouquet in our ‘airy’, minamilist style.

Your wedding bouquet is an expression of love, beauty, and the start of a new chapter in your life. But what happens with your flowers after your wedding day, rather than letting them wilt? As a wedding florist and bouquet preservation specialist, I not only create the flowers for your special day, I also transform them into a lasting piece of art afterwards.

I create pressed and frame your bridal bouquet in a stunning floating glass frame. It’s not just about preserving flowers—it’s about preserving memories, emotions, and a significant moment in time.

In this post, I’m excited to share some of my favorite transformations of bridal bouquets and wedding flowers, demonstrating what happens when they go from fresh flowers to beautifully preserved pieces of art.

The art of bridal bouquet preservation

Every bouquet is unique, and the flowers chosen for the big day carry meaning and memories. Each bloom represents a story—whether it’s about the bride's favorite flowers, the wedding’s color scheme, or the season in which the marriage took place.

When I receive a bridal bouquet for preservation, my goal is to maintain not only the visual beauty of the flowers but also their essence. Through a traditional, 100% natural and delicate process of drying and carefully arranging the flowers, I preserve their original shapes and colors as much as possible. Once dried, the bouquet is carefully framed in hand-crafted, solid wood floating glass frame, offering a unique and stunning way to display it.

We don’t just preserve bridal bouquets, we can press any of your wedding flowers.

Sometimes bridal bouquets become too wilted by the end of the wedding day. When this happens, we are able to use the rest of your wedding flowers to replicate your bridal bouquet.

White flowers don’t often press as well as flowers with colour. However, if there is enough variety of flower types within your bouquet then the chances of your flowers pressing well are higher. Some white flowers press much better than others, and having a variety of different flowers of the same colour within a frame looks much better aesthetically.
